Once your impression is complete, simply send it back to us and we’ll take care of the rest, transforming it into a meaningful, one-of-a-kind piece made just for you.

Shipping & Production

• We cover shipping costs for sending the kit to you and delivering the finished piece.
• You are responsible for shipping your wax impression back to us.
• Please allow up to 3 weeks to finish off the piece once we’ve received it.

Please Note

• Impressions generally work best on dogs, as their paws and noses have more detail. Cat noses can also work, but the process requires a bit more precision, please feel free to reach out for instructions.

• Impressions work best on children over the age of one.

• One kit = one impression

• Due to price fluctuations in the metal market, prices may change. To avoid additional charges, please return your wax impression within one month of receiving your kit.
